If You're A WhatsApp Desktop Version User, Now You Can View Your Friends, Contacts' Status/Story From Desktop, This New Status Features After A Long Time Rolling Out, However You Can't Post A WhatsApp Story From Desktop, You Need WhatsApp App For This.
You Can Check Your Friends' Stories Updates, Simply Tap On Status Icon Near Profile Icon Or Near New Chat Icon.You'll See All Update Of Stories Posted By Your WhatsApp Contacts.Tap On A Contact To View Story, There's Also A Reply Option That Allow You To Reply To A Contact.Right Click On Story Image-Save Image/Story To Local Storage.
Now, This Feature Is Rolling Out, To Get This Update, Either Refresh WhatsApp Web Or Log Out And Then Login Again.Also See-Send GIFs On WhatsApp Via WhatsApp Web/Desktop Version.
