You Can Enable Email Notification Of New Response Using Two Ways-Using Google Forms Default Feature Or Using An Add-On, Here're The Steps You've To Follow: -

1.)First Of All Go To Your Form(Where Your Edit Form), Go To Responses Section, Tap On Three Dots Just Above Of Accepting Responses Toggle Button.And Choose "Get Email Notification For New Responses".

2.)2nd Option Is Of Using An Add-On, There Are A Lot Of Third Party Add-On Available Which Enable Email Notification For New Responses.Simply Tap On Menu Of Google Forms(Three Dots Near Send Button).And Choose "Add-Ons).Install Anyone Of Them, That You Desire.However I Recommend You To Use Google Forms Default Notifier Feature.
You Can Also Use Spreadsheet Feature To Enable Email Notification When A User Submit Your Form: -

1.)Go To Your Form-Responses Section-Tap On Green + Button, This Will Take You To Spreadsheet, From Their, Tap On Tools-Then-Notification Rules-Then Check The Circle Next To A User Submit Form And Choose Notify Me With Email-Right Away.And Save.
