Step 3.)Now, Go Back To Profile Tab, Tap On Followers Number.This Will Open Full List Of Your Followers.
Step 4.)Tap On Three Dots Next To Your Follower Name And Choose Remove.This Will Remove That Follower From Your Instagram Account.
To Make Your Instagram Account Private Again, Go To Your Profile Tab-Tap On Option(Three Dots At Top)-Scroll Down And Turn Off Button Next To Private Account.After It, It Will Turn Grey From Blue.

In This First, You Need To Block That Instagram Users, After It That Instagram Follower Will Remove.After It Unblock That User, This Will Not Add Him/Her Again As Your Follower After You Unblock It.
