Step 1.)Make Sure You've Latest Version Of Twitter App, If No, Update It From Google Play Store.Login To Your Twitter Account.
Step 2.)After You Logged In, Tap On The Twitter App Menu(Tap On Your Profile Icon).This Will Open Twitter Menu.
Step 3.)Choose "Settings And Privacy" From Twitter App's Menu.
Step 5.)Under Content Preference, You'll See "Trends" Option In Explore Section Of Twitter App.

Step 5.)Under Content Preference, You'll See "Trends" Option In Explore Section Of Twitter App.
Step 6.)Click On Trends Option, Tap On Change Location Option Under Twitter Trends Settings.Search For Your Location And Select It.You Can Also Turn On Trends For You Feature As You See In Below Picture.If This Feature Is Enabled Twitter Will Show You Trends Based On Your Location And Who You Follow.
