Step 1.)Open Google Chrome Browser Or Other Where You Browse/Use YouTube.
Step 2.)Go To https://myactivity.google.com Or Google My Activity.
Step 3.)Sign In With The Same Google Account Which You Use In YouTube.

Step 3.)Sign In With The Same Google Account Which You Use In YouTube.
Step 4.)Now, Tap One The Menu Button(Three Lines At Top Right Corner) And Choose "Activity Controls".
Step 5.)Under "Activity Controls", Scroll Down And Disable "YouTube Search History" And Disable "YouTube Watch History".Tap On Pause To Continue.Toggle It To Disable.
That's It.YouTube Will Not Record Your Search And Watch History When You're Signed In With The Google Account Across All Devices Either On PC And YouTube App Or YouTube Browser.Make Sure You Use The Same Google Account To Disable This History Which You Use In YouTube.
Method 2.)For YouTube App Users(Stop YouTube From Recording Your History Either Watch Or Search.
You Can Also Use Above Method In Chrome Browser By Signing In To The Same Google Account Which You Use In YouTube App Or Use These Steps: -
Step 1.)Open YouTube App.
Step 2.)Make Sure You're Signed In.YouTube Use Google Account To Sign In.
Step 3.)Tap On Your Profile Icon Display At Top Of The App Right Corner.
Step 4.)This Will Expand Your Account Related Options.Choose Settings.
Step 5.)After It, Open "History And Privacy" Option, Turn On "Pause YouTube Search History" And Turn On "Pause YouTube Watch History".This Will Permanently Stop YouTube From Recording Your History, You'll Go Incognito.You Don't Need To Clear Watch And Search History Of YouTube Time To Time.
