1.)Disable Protected Content, Block Flash-

Launch Chrome Browser In Your PC, Tap On The Menu Of Google Chrome(Three Dots), Choose Settings.
Under Settings Page, Scroll Down To Bottom And Expand Advanced Settings.
Tap On The Content Settings Button Of Privacy Section.
Scroll Down And Block Flash, Scroll Down Again And Unchecked The Box Next To "Allow Sites To Play Protected Content".And Done.

2.)Disable HTML5 Autoplay

Go To Twitter-Twitter Settings[Link]-Scroll Down And Find Video Tweets Option.Unchecked The Box Next To It.And Save Changes.

Play A YouTube Video, Switch To Theater Mode, Just Below Of It, You'll See "Autoplay Toggle Button" Tap On It To Turn Off(It'll Turn To Grey Color From Blue).

Step 1.)Open Google Chrome Browser In Your Android.Tap On The Google Chrome Menu(Three Dots At The Top Right).
Step 2.)Choose Settings Option From Chrome Menu.
Step 3.)Scroll Down And Find "Site Settings" Option.Under Site Settings Select "Media" Option.

Step 4.)You'll See Two Option There.Select Second One Of Autoplay Which Is Set To Allowed.Tap On It And Toggle It To Off.
