Your Whole Google Account Have A Limited Size Of 15 GB Space.Which Include Your Google Drive Data, Emails Etc.
While, Google Photos Provide Unlimited Space For Photos And Videos Of High Quality.
But If You Want To Upload Photos In Original Size Then It Will Be Charged Under 15 GB Storage Where You Can Store Up To 15 GB Of Photos Free.


You've Three Options: -
1.)Upload Unlimited Photos To Google Photos-High Quality.
2.)Upload Original Size Photos To Google Photos-15 GB Space.
3.)Upload Original Photos To Google Drive-15 GB Space(Common If You Also Using Google Photos Under Original Quality Quota).

Now, You Have To Decide What To Choose.
Let's Start How To Back Up & Sync Your Android Photos To Google Photos: -

Step 1.)You Must Have Updated Version Of Google Photos If You've Too Old Version.After Updated, Open The App.

If You Open This App First Time, You'll Be Prompt To Sign In With Google Account And Also Prompt To Choose Storage Type Either High Quality Or Original Quality.

Step 2.)After Done, Tap On The Menu Of The App(Menu) And Choose Settings From The App Menu.

Step 3.)Under Settings, Choose "Back Up & Sync" Option, It'll Be The First Option In Settings.



Step 4.)Scroll Down Under "Back Up And Sync", Tap On Back Up Device Folders And Choose Quality Of Photos To Upload.

Step 5.)Under "Back Up Device Folder, You'll See All Folders That Contains "Photos Or Videos Or GIFs", Just Toggle The Button To Turn On A Specific Folder Or All.

You Can Also Back Up SD Card Photos.

Step 6.)Now Go Back, If You Want To Back Up Photos To Google Photos On Cellular Data/Mobile Data Then Turn On Photos And Videos(As You Desire) Under 

You Can Also Set Back Up Only When Charging In Case When You've Low Battery.

Automatically Add Google Photos To Google Drive: -
'You Can Also Add Your Google Photos To Google Drive But It Will Be Count Under 15 GB Of Limited Space.

Step 1.)On Your Android, Open The Google Drive App.
Step 2.)Tap On The Menu Of Google Drive App(Menu).Choose Settings.
Step 3.)Turn On "Auto Add".This Will Put Google Photos Into A Folder In "My Drive".
Item size: Photos larger than 75MB or 100MP, videos larger than 2GB, and items smaller than 256 x 256 can't be backed up.

This Is The Best Free Way To Back Up Unlimited Photos, However Other Apps Like Onedrive, Dropbox Also Provide Cloud Storage Which You Can Use To Back Up Photos.
