If First Option Of Launch Start Up Repair Not Comes, Then Again Restart And Restart Till This Option Comes.

Click On The Launch Startup Repair.After it Windows Will Load Some Files And Startup Repair Tool Will Open. 

It Will Shows You Windows Is Deteccting Errors.It Take Time To Detect, So Please Keep Patience.

After It Stops It Will Tell You No Error Found And Pop Up Window Will Open With Two Option.There Will Be A Drop Down Button Also.

Click On The Drop Down Button.

After It Click On Last Link.Here's The Screen Shot:

Click On The Last Blue Text You Will Find Notepad Will Open With A Document.

Now Tap On The File Option And And Select Open.

Find Windows Folder In These Directories.Make Sure Your Sorting Mode Is Of All Files

After Found Click On It And Find System 32 Folder

Here's The Navigate Directory-Windows/System 32/

Now Enter in System 32 Folder And Find Utilman File And Rename It To Utilman1 

After Rename Find cmd(CMD Is Commant Prompt Type File) File,After Found Copy It And Paste.It Will Pasted As CMD 1 

Now Rename The Copied File To Utilman.

After Done.Now Close All Window Or Pop Ups And Restart The Windows 7.

After Restart The PC Now Click on Ease Center Option,Look Like This:

Click On It A cmd Pop Up Will Open 

Now Type In Cmd 

''control userpasswords2''And Hit Enter(without inverted commas)
