3.)On The Next Page, You Can See All Devices Where Your Google Account Is Signed In.Not Only Devices, You'll Get Additional Information Like-Location Where Your Google Account Accessed, Time, Browser.
If Google Account Is Signed In An Android Device, Then You'll Also See "IP Address" Also.You Can Remotely Remove An Android Device-This Will Log Out Of Google Accounts On That Android Device Automatically.

Method 2.)For Android-

1.)In Google Chrome Browser Simply Visit Myaccount.Google.Com And Follow Steps That Written Above. Or
For Android Version 5.0 And Below-

1.)Tap On Google Settings Icon From App Drawer-Choose Sign In And Security-Scroll Down And Choose "Recent Used Devices".If Ask For Re-Enter Password, Then Enter It.
Or
Go To Settings-Accounts-Google-Sign In And Security-Choose Recent Used Devices.

For Android Version Marshmallow, Nougat Or Above-

1.)Go To Android Settings-Google-Sign In And Security-Scroll Down And Click On Recent Used Devices.
This Will Display All List Of Devices Where You're Signed In-Last 28 Days.
