Google Photos By Google Have All Features That May Not Found In Any Other App.It Provides Unlimited Space To Save Your Photos.Also Have A Feature To Download All Of Your Google Photos At Once.



I Have Over 2,000 Of Photos Stored In Google Photos.If You're Thinking To Download All Photos Manually Each Then It's Wastage Of Time, Irritating.Google Provides Full Control Over Content Of Yours.You Can Download All Photos From Google Photos At Once.

Before We Start, I Want To Share Some Information-
1.)You Can Download Photos From Google Photos At Once, The File Will Be In .ZIP Format.If You're Android Users Then You Need To Extract This File To Get Photos.(See-How To Extract A .ZIP File On Android).

2.)Make Sure You've An Active Internet Connection If Your Photos Are In Bulk.Because The File Is In .ZIP File, And .ZIP File Can Be Corrupt If Internet Break(Sometimes Not Frequently).

3.)Google Provide You A Link That Will Be Send To Your Gmail Address.You Can Copy That Link To Download In Other Browser.

So, Let's Start How To Download Your Google Photos All Data(Photos).

Step 1.)Launch Browser On Your Device(Google Chrome Recommended).
Step 2.)Visit Google My Account.{https://myaccount.google.com}

Step 3.)Sign In With Your Google Account That You Used In Google Photos.Scroll Down And Under "Personal Info And Privacy" Section Click On "Control Your Content".

Step 4.)On The Next Page, Scroll Down.Under "Download And Transfer Your Content" Click On "Create Archive".

Step 5.)Google Take Out Page Where All Google Data Can Be Downloaded Will Open.Unchecked The All Box Except "Google Photos".Scroll Down And Tap On Next Button.



Step 6.)On The Next Page You Can Customize The File.
i.e. File Format-Choose-.ZIP
Archive Size-Choose Size i.e. 1 GB, 2 GB, 4 GB, 10 GB, 50 GB.
(For Example-If You Select 1 GB Then File Will Split Into Parts If Exceeded.If My Photos Size If 1.4 GB And I Select 1 GB As Archive Size Then My .ZIP File Will Split In Two Parts Automatically).
Set Delivery Methods-Choose Send Me Download Link Via Email To Download Photos.You Can Select Drive, Dropbox, One Drive Also To Save It To Cloud.Click On Create Archive.

Step 7.)After It, Google Take Out Will Prepare The File To Download.You Can Close The Tab Because It's A Background Process.You Don't Need To Waste Time To Check It's Progress.

I Use My Another Google Photos Account In This Tutorial Which Have Small Number Of Photos.When Google Take Out Prepare The File, You'll Be Notify Via Email.

Step 8.)Google Take Out Provide A Limited Period Of Time To Download The File.After The Expiry Of Period You Need To Reiterate The Process.You Can Download The File Before The Expiry Date.You Can Check The Expiry Of File Here-

As You Can See In Above Picture, My File Is Prepared.Size Is Of 282 MB And It Takes 10 Minutes To Prepare.Now Go To Your Gmail.
In Inbox Find Email With Subject Of "Your Google Data Archive Is Ready".It Will Be In Primary Label, May Be In Updates, Social Or Promotional.So Check It In All Labels.

If You're Gmail App User, Tap On The Menu Button(Three Lines At Top Left Corner Of The App).

Open The Email And Tap On Download Archive.



Sign In With Your Google Account Again.That's It With In Few Moments Your File Will Be Download In .ZIP Format.Use Winrar Software On PC To Extract Photos From .ZIP File.Android Users Can Use "RAR" App To Extract The File.Related-How To Back Up Android To PC
