Method 1.) Follow These Simple Steps To Delete Game Data From Google Play Games:-

 1.)Tap On Google Settings From Your App Panel.It Looks Like G Settings,See Its Icon Look:-
2.)After You Open Google Settings,You'll See Sign In And Security Option Under Account Section Settings.Tap On It.

 3.)In Sign In And Security Page,Scroll Down To Bottom And Find Connected Apps And Websites,It Looks Like This:-

4.)After It,Another Page Will Open Showing You All List Of Websites,Apps,Games Connected With Your Google Account.Find Your Game,Tap On It.A Remove Option Will Comes,Tap On Remove,This Will Delete Your All Saved Game Data From Google Play.When You Again Open Your Game And Sign In With Google Account,It Will Start From Starting Point.
(Due To Game Developer's Policies, Above Method May Not Work).

Method 2.)If Above Method Not Works Then To Play Game From Beginning You Need To Add Another Google Account In Your Device.Here's-
Step 1.)Go To Your Android Settings.
Step 2.)Scroll Down And Find "Accounts" Option.Tap On It.You'll See Add An Account Option, Tap On It.
Step 3.)Choose Google.
Step 4.)Add Your 2nd Google Account, If You've Then Sign In, If Not Then Create New.

Now, Go To Settings-Apps Section-Switch To All Section-Find Your Game Which You Want To Restart From Beginning-Select It-Clear It's Data.

Now, Open The Game, You'll Be Prompted To Choose A Google Account, Select Your Newly Added Google Account.This Method Works 100%.
