After You Choose Drive Option From Grid Tab Google Drive Official Website Will Be On Front Of You.Click On The New Option On Website Screen,Navigate To More And Then Choose Google Forms:
A new Tab Will Open When You Click On Google Forms Option.Untitled Form Project You Will See In This Tab.
Now,Give a Name To Your Form By Clicking On Untitled Form Text In Form.Give a Description For Your Form Like About Your Form.Now Replace Your Untitled Question With Your Text Like You are making a contact us form so Replace it with Text-NAME
Click On + Button To Add More Option Like Untitled Question,Replace it with Message So That Form Submitter Will Ask You Something:
After This Go To Settings And Check The first Box So That You will collect Emails,Check Response Box Also So You can Get Response From Persons who will fill Form.Check The Limit to 1 Response So That A Particular visitor can fill form only for 1 time period.Check The Box Name Edit Content if you want form submitter can change its submitted content or leave it blank if you does not want.After This Hit On Save Button.
After You Hit On Save Button Go To Theme Option so that you can change theme of your forms or you can upload your custom image as a theme:
After You Select Your Theme A New Look of your form will in front of you.In Response Panel You Will Get All result or response from persons who will submit forms.You Can Take Preview of your form by selecting preview option near theme option.All Data in form like theme,responses will be stored automatically in Google Drive.You Can Open your Form From Google Drive.Now Go To Send Option.
For Personal Use You Can Send Your Form By Emails Or By Sharing Link.Copy Link And Share it On Your Own Network like Facebook,WhatsApp or any where you want.
