1.)Launch Chrome On Your Android Device, Then Tap On Menu(Three Dots At Top Right) And Choose Settings Option.
2.)Under Settings, Tap On "Your Google Account" Name.

3.)After It, Choose "Sync" Option, Then Check The Box Next To Sync Tabs.This Will Sync Your Chrome Opened Tabs Across All Devices.You Can Disable It Any Time.

Now, You All Ready!!And You'll Be Able To View/Check Which Tab Is Opened In Chrome On Which Device From Any Device Using Chrome Browser.Make Sure Google Account Sign In Is Required And Should Be Same On All Devices.
To View Chrome Android Opened Tabs From Chrome Desktop-
1.)Tap On Chrome Menu(Three Dots At Top Right) And Hover Your Mouse To History, At Last You'll See Device Name And Which Site/Tab Is Opened In Chrome Android.
